The cabin is close to Rena alpine and there are great cross-country skiing opportunities outside the door. The slalom slope is open on weekends and cross country tracks are run on weekends. In summer: hiking in the forests and fields, hunting and fishing and Sorknes Golf. Swimming at Rena camping (Downtown) or in beautiful Lake Osensjøen 40 min away. Clean downtown - cafes, shops, cinema, bowling- 1 mile Suitable for couples/families, child friendly.

Cozy guesthouse

Cozy guest house with 2 bedrooms with double beds. One has to go through the first bedroom to get to the second. Therefore, it is best suited for families or good friends, as well as making an extra bed at the "library". There is approx. 10 minutes walking distance down to the city center with railway station and the University College and 3 km up to Birkebeinerstarten, as well as about 3 km to Rena camp. There is also a gazebo/greenhouse on the property that can be used to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book

When you are visiting this cabin you will have the hole yard for yourself, with sauna, outdoor hottub and canoe. Discover the beautiful surrounding forest and lakes on foot, by bike, canoe or boat. Connect with nature and wildlife in this remote and beautiful forest property called Knapkjølen.

Cozy apartment with own entrance. Open solution with living room and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, Dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is completely newly renovated with a flushing toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, and in the chaise lounge you will find a top mattress that fits. In the bedroom there is double bed. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels for 4 people. The carport furthest north is occupied by the tenant.

Ground floor dorm

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Studio with private bathroom with washing machine, single kitchen with 2 hot plates and microwave, sleeps 3 of which 1 on extra bed, private entrance is rented out. Peaceful neighborhood, short distance to grocery stores, city bus or 20 minutes walk to the city center. It is flexible check-in and checkout, but would like to let you know when this is desired as a lot of rental.

You don't have to travel all the way to Sweden to find an idyllic cottage. Lots of great hiking opportunities right outside the door. Berry picking and cycling is one of the things you can do here. Possibilities for nice forest baths in the vicinity. Rich wildlife and bird life. Live simple, close.

An old farm from the 1600s with a timber house.

The farm is about a 15 minute drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car to stay with us. You will find an operating farm, with tractor driving at times but also silence, nature, trees, fields and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see moose and deer on the land. Occasionally, it's the northern lights!
