This is a two level cottage, with beautiful bedroom upstairs. The downstairs living area includes full kitchen, bathroom, entertainment and work area. The kitchen with spacious and bright view of the garden is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, and full size refrigerator and dishwasher. If you like to cook, you'll enjoy the fully stocked housewares and high end kitchen appliances. New washer and dryer are located in structure behind cottage to maximize your living space inside the cottage. Beautiful bathroom with granite decor, vaulted ceiling and skylight. The private cottage is all yours. You have direct private 24/7 access to the cottage through the driveway gate. The back yard garden, patio, fire pit and jacuzzi are shared. I enjoy meeting and talking to my guests, providing advice and recommendations (if requested) about local highlights and places to explore in the nearby nature (parks, hiking trails, great beach locations). I enjoy back yard BBQs with guests, friends and neighbors. This lovely cottage is walking distance from the nightlife, restaurants, and bars of both downtown Redwood City and downtown San Carlos. There's a beautiful park at the end of the block. Plus, it's a convenient commute for Silicon Valley. Street parking is easy in this residential neighborhood. 15 minute walk to the Redwood City Caltrain station. Due to the great location close to downtown and Caltrain, you WILL hear trains passing through and some vehicle traffic from the main road nearby. For your safety and security, external security cameras cover all external access points to the cottage, automatically recording any motion activity day or night, providing live remote monitoring and alerts. This cottage is a fantastic location for visitors and family looking for AirBnB lodging near Stanford University and other schools, colleges and universities on the SF Peninsula and Silicon Valley! Soak up the Serenity on the Patio of a Charming Cottage

Light the fire pit and dress for dinner in the vine-covered garden at a peaceful retreat with a soothing waterfall. Zen beachy decor and coastal paintings set the scene indoors, with abundant natural light enhancing easy open-plan living. Pets are welcome with a small cleaning fee of a $50 (one time fee) and additional pets $25 (one time fee). The main room is 12'x17'. Closet is 6 1/2' long. Bathroom 4'x5 1/2' + shower 3'3" x 3'3". kitchen 4 1/2' x 8". Simple breakfast served. Your own private entrance, plenty of parking on the street, nice neighborhood. We are available if you have any questions or need information on the area. 2 night minimum please. The cottage is tucked away off the street in a quiet, safe neighborhood where residents walk their dogs in pleasant weather. Nearby downtown Redwood City is home to shops and groceries and freeways and public transportation are within easy reach. There is a bus that runs at the corner of our block, it would take you to downtown Redwood City or travel down the El Camino Real. There is a train depot downtown as well. Pets - 2 small dogs in the main house, 2 outdoor cats.

The studio has its own separate heating unit and AC. Quality linen. Well insulated, wheelchair ok Code operated, lock door Minutes away from Stanford. We use eco-friendly cleaning products. Easy parking always available. Comfortable queen bed. Please note: we have 2 dachshund dogs who may bark upon entering and leaving the unit.
