In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Rust en ruimte in de Drentse natuur en de tijd om even op adem te komen. Dat is wat je ervaart in ons gastenverblijf. In onze tuin kom je naast ons gezin verder niemand tegen op een dag. Veel geluid van de vogels en 's avonds een schitterende sterrenhemel bij helder weer. Kortom, de ultieme plek om je even terug te trekken. Om extra te ontspannen is er op verzoek biologisch ontbijt, biologisch diner (vr, za, juli en augustus) en wellness mogelijk.

Camping bungalow De Westlander

The camping bungalow is a simply furnished overnight place for up to 4 people and contains a double bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm), a single bed and there is an extra bed in the living room. The sleeping quarters are separated from each other by a wooden partition. The bungalow is made of wood and has a roof made of thick (truck) tarpaulin so that you can stay wonderfully dry in this accommodation even during the more humid days.

Beautiful, spacious house (130m2) from 1905 located on a quiet street. Very close to the city centre, train station, Groninger museum and Oosterpoort (10 min. walk). Ideal, luxurious and quiet B&B in characteristic street to explore the city Groningen. The house can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms). Parking pass available for visitors on request and there are two bikes available for use.

What is "Op zijn Zweeds"? A fully furnished cozy home (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately. Extras we offer for a fee: - Grocery shopping when you prefer not to do it yourself in these times. - Providing a hot meal that is served in the B&B.

Chateau Weiland Incl. Breakfast

Chateau Weiland is a lovely light cottage with its own entrance plus views of the greenery. A good bed and a nice shower. Equipped with all comforts such as well-functioning internet (fiberglass), air conditioning, and a kitchenette. With nice weather, you can open the doors to the terrace and enjoy the sun on 1 of the sunbeds in the garden.

Very much like 'coming home'

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .

Comfortable garden house, quietly located in our green wild garden. Lots of privacy. A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you are in fifteen minutes by boat to Schiermonnikoog. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.
