It is a small two story house with a small terrace full of sunshine throughout the day. The house has a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a bedroom with a double bed and another small storage room on the top floor. It's 40 minutes away from Lisbon's car.

The Windmill is a 500 years old mill entirely refurbished and adapted as a house. It has ocean views, a 2 000 m² garden and free Wi-Fi access. It is located at Ericeira, at a 5 minutes walking distance from the town centre and nearest beaches. There are also barbecue facilities and free private parking in the property.
