Vacation rentals with beach access in Encarnação

Location was excellent and as represented.

This is a very cute and well stocked apartment. The location is great and is literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The ONLY drawback is that it can be loud because the noise echoes off the buildings which isn’t the apartment’s fault and that was on the weekends. It was very quiet during the week. I felt very safe and the Air B&B staff was very nice and responsive. There are restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery stores very close. The seafood is amazing and very fresh and healthy. I was not there during tourist season which is June-August. August is when a lot of Europeans take their holiday. FYI

Great location across from the beach and within walking distance of everything you need. Apartment was spotless and exactly as described and presented in listing. Kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to prepare their own meals. Aida is a lovely host, very warm, welcoming and responsive. It was a pleasure, Aida. Great spot right on the beach, perfect if you’re wanting to be near the surf spot in Baleal. The host was always responsive, accommodated an early check in and even helped us out with extending our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a great location!

It was a great stay. The property is very close to the beach (3-minute walk). The place was very nice and clean, had everything you need for a week surfing vacation. Really wonderful.

The property was perfect for our group visiting Cascais for the Ibercup. The host was fantastic and on hand to welcome us into the property. The host recommended the best local restaurants and the property literally had everything we needed and immediately felt like home. The only slight negative if anything was the local night noise at the weekend but with a central location it is expected. I would most definitely consider again when visiting the area and recommend to friends.

We had a great time at Paulo‘s house! The plants and trees outside, the little details inside the house and Paulo‘s hospitality make this place a great spot for everyone who is searching for a calm and soulful vacation.

Great stay. Bruno and Rita are welcoming and responsive hosts. Beach and sea visible from the house. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful well-equipped house, 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There are 6 of us and we recommend these hosts and this house.

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation, close to beaches and local shops. Pleasant sunny terrace. Beatriz is very responsive and takes care of her guests.

Very good stay in the apartment. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Well located less than 10 minutes walk from the promenade and very well connected. Flavio very friendly and always attentive to help in any way. Place to come back, no question. As "less positive" things, say that the parking is true that it was not far (like 5 min walking) but it is not next to the apartment, although Flavio gives the option to leave the car at the door for short periods of time for loading and unloading, etc. In our case it was not important, but for people who are going to spend a lot of time in the apartment to say that the sofa is not particularly comfortable, that the TV did not look too good (with interference) and the operation of the remote control was not the best (even though Flavio very kindly changed the batteries for us). In any case, for us they were not very important aspects.

Amazing stay. Just walk right out and surf. Beginners to the left (Prainha = protected beach break), more advanced in the middle (Lagide = A frame), and intermediate to the right (Gigi = good for long boarding). The views from the 2nd floor terrace allowed you to do a quick wave check before heading out. The house is designed for the surfer in mind with racks, outdoor shower/rinse hose and rentals. I rented a nearly new longboard for about $15 euros/day. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the unit served its purpose. We were able to cook, rest, walk the beach and surf. The WiFi was also very stable and fast (300-400mbps). Highly recommend.

The apartment is great, the spaces are nicely distributed and very comfortable. The area is very good, many restaurants and food shops nearby, although being the pedestrian street you have to move with luggage from where the car is parked (there is blue area quite close, although being maritimo promenade, you are not always lucky to find something free). César was very attentive and helped us a lot in the check in and checkout. The house has a peaceful sunset view at home and all amenities for a 3 family. The psychina is huge. It is not in the center, but it is easy to walk or bike. I recommend it to those who want to visit Santa Cruz

It's a big and beautiful apartment. Co-host Eduardo was very friendly and attentive. If something came up, they responded quickly and adequately.

Everything as imagined, good amenities and nice area. Check in was flexible. Only thing I always find difficult with air bnb is that you pay a cleaning fee but are asked to take the trash outside.

Nuno is a great host. If you need anything Nuno is quick to respond. The apartment is right across the street to the beach. Great location, across the street from restaurants, cafes, grocery store, & shops. If you’re surfing, it’s a perfect location. Apartment is clean & is described just like the listing. We were very happy with the place. Great was the direct beach access and the view into the waves. House is very spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Luciana was very helpful and super accessible. We would book it again. Only the lock on the large outside gate didn't work properly, but you still got in and out.

We had everything we needed:) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, after no one was at the property before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out to our liking! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a little clairvoyant, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with closed windows it is very quiet. We would come back:)

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.
