Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in knapp 10-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

It has a separate entrance via an external staircase as well as a private roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day relaxed with a glass of wine. Quiet and close to the Moselle, you can reach the train station, gastronomy and shopping on foot.
