You have the opportunity to relax in 5 rooms on 170 sqm, two balconies and a cozy winter garden. In 2018, the large bathroom was completely renovated. In the living room you have an open kitchen, with plenty of space and a fireplace. There is stucco throughout the apartment. Pets are allowed. Upon arrival, a tax of €3 per person per night will be charged.

It's close to the heart of Bochum as a good public transport connections (U302,U310,U305; bus388, train S1). You can find by walking 3 min. a little park and in 4 min. you've the Springerplatz where every Friday there is a Street Market or you can walk to the Westpark and visit the Jahrhunderthalle. In 10 min. you've the Bermuda3eck, the party area, Theater & plus!

A landmarked gem

Relax in this special and quiet house. Gather strength for your activities or trade fair visits. In two minutes you are at the S-Bahn stop and in 10 minutes by public transport in the old town. 30 minutes to the fair. Not suitable for children under 14 due to a missing railing on the top floor stairs. It is a place where parties and unannounced guests are not tolerated.
