Monthly Rentals in Erewash Canal

Nice house a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Ilkeston. The host ensures every room has tea and coffee facilities and a microwave, there is a kitchen, dining room, lounge and a shared bathroom plus an en suite on the top floor in one of the three good sized double rooms. The house was clean and the kitchen had the necessary cooking and washing up equipment. We will certainly look to book this house again when next we are in the area. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Helen is a magnificent host and communicaiton has been excellent. The property is true to the description, clean tidy and presented well. She has been helpful throughout the duration of our customer stay. I will definitely be using her service again. 5 stars all round.. Thank you Helen.

first of all lynne , thankyou ! lynne has really gone above and beyond with detail within this cosy loveable get away . it's everything you would possibly need and more under one roof the bedroom is set out so lovely to be able to enjoy , the space is just perfect for any couple to enjoy the glorious surroundings there are to offer and lynnes on hand at anytime , me and my partner stayed for a local ghost hunt and didn't get back till 3.30am and lynne had the gates open for us to just drive back in ... absolutely amazing host , definitely will be back
