It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20 km, Essen 30 km and Cologne with a good 40 km) or someone who, for example, visits family nearby. Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.
