Die Air Base in Ramstein ist in ca. 8 km und Kaiserslautern ist in ca. 10 km zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Waschraum inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. My cozy 44 sqm holiday flat is situated at the very edge of the rural city district Kaiserslautern-Erfenbach and invites you to escape from your daily turmoil. My flat is 10 minutes away from Ramstein Airbase and 10-15 minutes away from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The location is ideal for people interested in hiking and cycling in the beautiful Palatinate Forest.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
