The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Welcome to our beautiful, modern and stylishly furnished, secluded apartment in the Allgäu. This has a bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with a separate bedroom with a large double bed. Two people can also sleep on the comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Underfloor heating everywhere. The sound of a rushing brook and cowbells ringing. Own terrace and garden are in progress. Local tax of €2.50 per person per day is payable on site.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
