The location is perfect, several cafes and bakeries around and close to markets and other amenities, plus a few blocks from the Mitre train and very close to the Rio de la Plata. The attention of the host and his coanfittions was exceptional, always attentive to our needs and willing to help us at all times, as were the shift managers. The property is comfortable and well equipped, which allowed us to feel at home. Cleanliness and order were spotless, weekly they changed savannas and towels for other cleanings and cleaned the entire apartment. The apartment is in a great location — close to many excellent restaurants, right next to the train station, and just a short 3-block walk to the subway for easy access to the city center. The place is new, very clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. Even though it's a one-bedroom, there’s plenty of storage space, which made our stay really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Juan is a great host. Always attentive and kind. the apartment was spotless, with lots of natural light. the community where the apartment is is very quiet, has a pool, s.u.m and even a small gym. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent studio, clean, organized, very well equipped. Ideal for 2 people or couples. With spectacular views of the lagoons, a very cozy balcony, and everything working: electric curtain, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom, towels, equipped with top-notch amenities (top-notch toilet soap, large, grass, coffee, soda, beer, etc.). The host seemed very attentive and flexible and always answered our contact calls. Everything is excellent, especially security and privacy.

The house was missing a lot of cleanliness in general, lots of spider webs everywhere, the smelly bathrooms and the pool water was green. Things we fixed if claiming but when the stay was over we had a claim from Tristan for some cushions that were left outside, which is right but I think the claim could be avoided. The air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise with which you could not sleep with, in the photos you see a lot of furniture in the rooms but cannot be used, we were only entitled to some drawers. The house is fine but you have to take care of those details, especially when they are going to claim something from the other party.

Great home in a closed neighborhood full of greenery and beautiful landscaping. To the touch of the highway and shopping/super TOM. Large pool and park too. Super recommended
