Holiday house close to beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

180 graders havudsigt - Full sea view - Meerblick

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Good cottage in Kaldred, heated by efficient and silent heating pump. Even closed fireplace, so that you can make it even more cosy. Wood for this in the barn - There is a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed. Living room with sofa bed, SmartTV, wood stove and dining table with 4 chairs. Living room with access to the terrace and the large garden with lawn. Quiet area with possibility for walks. Lovely grown garden with big trees. Nice if you and your little family want a quiet holiday. Free wifi

Cozy holiday home located in peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one as well as nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and barbecues. The ground has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife both frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer the water level is very low. Bikes are available for free use. The house is 500 metres from the lovely beach. During the summer period week 25 to week 32, booking is a minimum of 3 days.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Relaxed area with sea on three sides, near nature, small town with restaurants, cafes, harbor, ferries and trains to Frederiksværk, Hillerød and Copenhagen. Near Lynæs, which is the second port area with a surfing center. The home is located on a closed road in a separate house and has a large room, a small kitchen with dining table, hallway and a toilet with shower. The appartement has a two floors with a stair between them. The living room is upstairs.
