Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Nice and quiet guesthouse in Råå

Trevligt gästhus med centralt läge på Råå och 200 m till stranden. Huset har 4 sängplatser, en dubbelsäng i allrummet och 2 våningssängar i sovalkov, övre säng 90cm och undersäng 120 cm. Sängkläder och handdukar finns. Huset har fullt utrustad kök och badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger i värdens trädgård och har tillgång till separat uteplats som endast är till för hyresgäster. Det finns grill som man delar med husvärden. Huset passar för 2 vuxna med eller utan barn. Städning ingår inte.

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Private accommodation, by sandy beach and golf course.

This unique property has its own style and is a 5-minute walk to a fine sandy beach and bathing jetty. One of Sweden's 25 best golf courses, Rya GK, is 500 metres from the property. It is 10 minutes walk to stations for bus and train that take you to Helsingborg, Malmö, Helsingör and Copenhagen within an hour. Rydebäck has a grocery store, library, health center, farm shop, ATM, pharmacy, church, four good restaurants and two pizzerias.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Gustavslund, Helsingborg

Newly renovated house of 60 square meters on two floors with all the amenities you need. The house has two bedrooms, one larger master bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Lovely living room with lots of light and large kitchen fully equipped. A larger bathroom with shower, washer and dryer and on the upper floor a toilet with sink.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
