In this home you rent the entire ground floor of the house with access to a fully equipped fresh kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a patio with barbecue possibilities. Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The apartment has a small balcony you can sit 2 people and enjoy a glass of wine. Vape cigarettes or cigar is also combined if you wish. Parking is available 50 meters from the entrance at an additional cost. Also the possibility of electric car charging is available overnight there is a cost of SEK 10 per kilowatt hour. Flexible times can be arranged in locked alarm and monitored garage.
