The spacious flat with large balcony facing west is part of a lovely country side house in an absolutely quiet location in the heart of the pictoresque mountain and skiing region Dachstein-Schladming. Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.

Mountain Cabin with Panoramic View

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
