Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

La Bel'Fort small village house for 3/4 people

45 m² house located in the upper part of the village of Tautavel. For lovers of mountains, climbing, hiking and prehistory... This house includes on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed and TV. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with 2 beds of 70 close together, a bathroom with shower and toilet which is in the largest of the bedrooms. (This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility)

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190), balcony and views of the vineyards and mountains, a library office area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi available.

Le Chat Perché is a bright village house in the heart of Tautavel, located in the Corbières Fenouillèdes Regional Natural Park. You will have the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance to the terrace. The plus of this place: Its perched terrace, facing the village and the mountain (partially shaded with its wicker roof). You can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet facing a magnificent view!! An electric barbecue is available.

On the heights of the village, 5 minutes' walk from the shops, this pleasant cottage is close to the banks of the Agly, marked trails between scrubland and pine forest, the Galamus Gorges, the Cathar Castles and the beaches. Quietly, you will enjoy a small garden and a private pool that is not overlooked. Parking on the property (digicode access).

Our modern, comfortable apartment is in an old stone barn. Its balcony has sweeping views over an ancient village, a castle, a river, and the hills around. What a place to come home to after a day sightseeing, visiting Spain or lazing on the beach! Parking is close by and free.
