Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

The apartment, air-conditioned, is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion within a 7000 m2 wooded park. Absolute calm is guaranteed. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access to the park and private heated pool is possible as well as outdoor amenities ( games , kitchen , barbecue , sunbeds ...). Bike rides are possible (see other information to note)

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave.
