Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar.
