  • I had an excellent stay at Holden's place. It was clean, welcoming and also very close to Broad Ripple. The free on-street parking directly outside the property was an added bonus! Holden was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place

  • Clean and comfortable. Perfect.

    David2019-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Holden and Amanda are sweet and welcoming. They answer quickly and are around to share their local knowledge. This particular room is situated in the front of the apartment/ house on a relatively busy street so there is some road noise to consider. If that matters to you, they have another room in the house as a possible option as the location to broad ripple and downtown is primo!

  • Simple and respectable place

  • Great little place to stay if you’re looking for a place near the highway but also has lots nearby. Eric was a great host and his welcoming committee (1 dog 2 cats) made it feel like home.

    Sharon2019-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place is nice and friendly, wouldn't mind staying again next time

    Ashari2018-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • It was my dad's first Airbnb experience and he really enjoyed the night there. Too bad we didn't have a chance to talk much with the hosts cause we had to leave early the next day. However, my first impression is the hosts are very friendly. They respond to your message almost right away. The little touch up in the room and hospitality is very great! Wonderful place for college student travelling.

We offer a full line of concierge services such as: - Early/Late CheckIn/Out - Personal Chef - Professional Massage Services Please message us for options and pricing.
Carriage houses are very unique here in Indy! The entryway to the carriage house is through the gate by the garage. We don't offer a laundry room at this time, but laundry services are available for a fee. There was no room for a stove nor a dishwasher in the kitchen. While we do love children, our homes are not childproof!

Hello, our house is in a well established, eclectic neighborhood with some of the best architecture in the city. This craftsman style house built in 1919 has all the character of an older house but has been remodeled inside with all the conveniences of modern appliances in the kitchen. We are 4 miles from Downtown, 1 mile from Butler University, 3 miles from Marian University, and 2 miles from Broad Ripple.
Your studio is the entire basement of our home with its own private entrance through the back double french doors. Enjoy cooking your own meals in the full kitchen, or making breakfast and relaxing on the couch. Added bonus! This is a dog friendly home. Our dog roams the house when we're not home and loves to be around people so many of our guests ask if they can keep him in their room when we're not around. Absolutely! Just call him downstairs to your studio, and he'll come down and just hang out in the corner. The bed is a queen size bed with plenty of pillows and extra linens. I've been told by previous guests it's one of the softest, coziest beds they've ever slept on. While we don't do cable in our house, you do have a 42" TV in your room with ChromeCast. Local channels are iffy with the antenna.
Our neighbors are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You'll be sure to see them as they take their kids and dogs for a walk around our neighborhood. If you get the chance, take a walk around the neighborhood yourself. One block north of our house are half a million dollar homes with some of the most beautiful architecture you'll see in the city. And just around the block is St. Joan of Arc church, which is another beautiful site to see. Closest brewery? Just a two block walk north.
  • Ed’s place was absolutely perfect for our one night stay in Indy. It was conveniently located, very clean and Ed was very nice and helpful with local tips and suggestions on the area. The private entrance was great since we came back a little later in the evening. The lights that led our way to the door was a nice touch as well. I would not hesitate to stay at Ed’s place when I return to Indy.

    Tim2018-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • The studio is roomy enough but does not have real windows, so it may not be for everyone. The kitchen has all of the appliances but lacks basic cooking accessories like pots, baking sheets, staples and sharp knives. You can go upstairs with free access to get what you need from Ed’s kitchen. The bed is comfy, the place is clean, and the neighborhood is super quiet.

    Judy2018-03-13T00:00:00Z

  • Ed’s place was a great bargain, it’s a nice place for what it cost and he’s a lovely guy too.

    Olabanji Jr2018-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Neighborhood is great, and only a few minutes from downtown. Basement apartment is nice... It had a concrete floor with area rugs, but was still fairly cozy. It was 90 and humid outside, so we were grateful for the central air and oscillating fan. Though the flannel sheets were much too hot for us Wisconsinites. Ed mentioned that it tends to be cold down there, but we did not find that to be the case. Having our own entrance and a full kitchen was really nice (even though we didn't end up cooking anything). Overall a great experience.

Everything was clean, there were little breakfast items and game boards to use. The beds were so comfortable and my friend even chose to sleep on one of the couches because it was so comfortable. Full access and privacy in a complete apartment style unit on main floor level in a multi unit home. Convenient location to everything Indy has to offer. Only 3 miles to downtown, Lucas Oil Stadium, Mass Ave, or Canal Walk. Only 4 miles from the 500 Race Track and the Brick yard. Just 3 miles from the restaurants and shop along Broad Ripple Ave. Neighborhood is on the up swing but not completely back yet.
This is one of four separate units in the house. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs. The house is located just north of downtown Indianapolis and just South of the fun of Broad Ripple village. There isn't much to walk to but you are close to everything.
This is a great neighborhood that is changing for the better. The location is convenient to everything Indianapolis has to offer. Being 5 miles or less to downtown, Lucas Oil Stadium, Mass Ave District, Fountain Square District, Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Broad Way District, Bankers Life Field House and more. Sorry to say there are not really shops or restaurants close to walk to.
  • Centrally located, very clean. James is a véry good host. He was quick to reply to messages and readily available.

  • This place is in a bad part of town and is not safe. Host did not respond to me for the first 45 mins on how to get in, so ended up getting a hotel because of unsafe area. • We enjoyed our stay very much! Comfortable accommodations. Easy to get to. Easy to get the key. Easy to park. Very convenient!

    Beth2019-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at James's house was great. My husband and I were only in town for a couple of days while looking at houses (we're moving here in just a few weeks!), and James's place was a welcome retreat overnight. The house is very centrally located in the northern side of Indy, and it was easy to get to and had ample street parking. The house was very clean, and had everything we could possibly need for a short stay. I appreciated the toiletries basket in the bathroom - I had forgotten a hair tie and q-tips and it was really nice that such a simple thing was there! I'd definitely recommend Jame's house to any other couples/small groups that need to stay in the area.

Private loft in a quaint hundred year old home about a ten minute drive from downtown Indianapolis. Minimalist design that is both spacious and comfortable, the low-lighting loft features a king-sized sleeping area and two twin-sized. Please keep in mind this is an active home with others living here. Access to the kitchen and living room with Roku enabled TV and a plethora of board games available. If outdoors is your thing, the 18-mile Monon Trail is just a few blocks away. Come get away!
The house has a bit of an eclectic practicality to it...think Wes Anderson film. Here you will find much of the original architecture downstairs with dark wood features like built-in bookshelves and large window seat with plenty of books and games available for your use. Enjoy the privacy of the Loft, hang out downstairs with the potential of meeting other guests from all over the world, or visit the front porch with the rocking chair that is begging for a quiet, contemplative moment with a cup of coffee...or perhaps a beer. My house is a safe place open to all. Come stay, relax, and feel at home.
The Meridian-Kessler neighborhood is always changing but has a lot of history. This north of downtown neighborhood features mostly single family houses, a few parks, and a library. The state fair grounds are nearby as well as access to the 18 mile Monon Trail which runs from downtown Indy to the city of Carmel. Access to numerous restaurants and bars is just a 5 min drive or 20 min walk. Like most neighborhoods in the city, the occasional car break-in occurs, but overall a safe place with very vigilant neighbors.
  • Beautiful home, amazing space, all the amenities and clean! If I'm ever back in Indi will definitely be staying here again. The host was great even from afar.

Price hike coming soon, today is the last day for savings - work will be completed today -the price is still under market. So if you're reading this, book now and benefit from planned updates. Work completed so far: paint, brand new furnishings, interior decorator hard at work, security and privacy priorities met. Once complete (approximate due date is 10/16/19) The room will be cozy, quiet, and economical, with everything brand new and designed with you in mind.
Most areas of the house, the front and backyard are limited due to security/unpredictable neighborhood. Once the property is fully fenced, then outdoor areas will be fun and safe places to enjoy.
46218 is one of the most crime ridden and dangerous zip codes in the city. that said, the area around my house, including the surrounding homes, have good families and are reliable and good neighbors. In contrast to the urban blight, you'll see children playing outdoor games, neighbors making home repairs, gardens being tended, ordinary life as you might expect to see in any neighborhood. Come see for yourself, there's definitely more to this place than meets the eye.

  • Thanks to Curt for delivering true hospitality and care for our stay in Indianapolis. It was truly a joy to stay with him and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

  • Quick communication, very clean, comfortable bed.

    Andrea2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place. Kind of hard to find in the dark. Curt was an outstanding host. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was thought out - amenities in the shower, bath robes, fan in the bedroom for white noise, plenty of plugins for charging devices. Will definitely stay again!

  • Beautiful home and a great host! All you can ask for!

    Khris2018-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful experience staying at Curt’s! The room was so clean and comfortable. There were great amenities and personal touches. Curt has incredible hospitality and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

    Meghan2019-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Curt exceeded our expectations! Wonder home, hospitality and over all experience. Our stay felt like we never left our own home. Nothing needed other than the clothes you’ll be wearing for your travels. Hygiene products are supplied along with towels and robes. Wonderful neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes away from everything you want to do. Safe gated parking in the back of house. Overall wonderful experience. Will definitely use Curt for future stays!

    Donald2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Curt is a fantastic host and his BnB is equally wonderful. If someone is looking for tasteful decor, super comfortable memory foam bed, thoughtful touches everywhere, this is your place. We’ve used Air BnB for years, and the value of Curt’s place is among the best.

    Julie2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Curt was exceptionally “curt”eous and took extra measure to ensure a smooth check-in process for me. The space was exquisite plenty of queues to pique the palate of anyone faintly attentive to interior decor. And I’m generally an early rising carpe diemer, but couldn’t seem to spring up and out of that doggone tempurpedic bed for the life of me. Thanks for housing an ole wander woman!

Walkable to everything Broad Ripple has to offer and 20 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the nearby restaurants, bar district, shopping and running & biking trails.
Broad Ripple has a free-spirited vibe, with laid-back cafes, global eateries, lively brewpubs and happening clubs. Emerging and big-name acts play at storied music venue The Vogue, and indie shops sell records, handicrafts and vintage clothing. Broad Ripple Park has views of the White River, while the Monon Rail Trail, popular with joggers and cyclists, cuts through the area, linking to the Central Canal Towpath.
  • Very clean, well decorated house. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Not too far to Uber downtown. A/C works great! Back yard is private and relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

    Carol2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Provided a great place for us to stay when visiting our daughter at Butler. There are great restaurants within walking distance and most are pet friendly.

    Valerie2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This place is stylish, spacious, super clean and quiet. Parking is easy and there are a few restaurants and pubs that look cute right down the street. We didn't get to try them as we were only in town for one night and there is a lot to see and do in Indianapolis! If we had stayed longer, we definitely would have explored more locally. There are two separate bedrooms, which allows for privacy and is great if you are traveling as couples. Both beds were comfortable and good quality. The common area on the first floor is a sunny, open and a nice place to hang out. I would stay again and would recommend.

  • I've stayed in several of Lauren's Airbnbs, so clearly I'm a fan. Easy and quick communication. Easy check-in, all the airbnbs are in great locations, and nicely decorated. Had a slight issue with the messiness of the upstairs bathroom which she quickly addressed. I would stay here again.

    Aisha2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Lauren’s place is really comfortable and convenient. There’s plenty of space and the location is great. Lauren has a great sense of style and there are nice touches everywhere. Highly recommend.

We're surrounded by local restaurants, breweries, boutiques and bars, in a neighborhood setting and a short distance from the Butler Campus and the Indiana State Fairgrounds. • Great home to stay in when visiting Indianapolis. Location was superb, only 15 minutes to downtown. Plenty of space and the home was very clean when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

    Michael2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable on the inside. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Very nice kitchen with basic needs. We had a problem with dirty floors and wet towels which was discussed with the host. She apologized. We did not care for the surrounding area. We wouldn't stay here again due to the location. The front yard had not been cut and was about a foot tall. Shower floor was kind of slick for the kids. Almost had a few spills.

    Jessi2019-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • What a great rehab! Modern and stylish. Space is fresh and clean. Bedrooms are nice and have great reading lamps! Extra beds and bedding are very good quality. Location convenient to Children’s Museum. Host is responsive! Great stay!

If you are looking for only 1 night please message me about availability and see if we can work something out! 2 min to State Fairgrounds,5 min to Children's Museum/Art Museum,Mass Ave and SoBro.10 min to Broadripple,Butler, downtown,IUPUI. $7-10 uber ride downtown. 1 block from trail system.
Charming bungalow with lots of space in a quiet neighborhood close to everything downtown has to offer!! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. A smart TV is in the living room and I have a Netflix and Hulu subscription, there is NO cable. WiFi is provided.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and low crime in the immediate area. There are many homes being restored in the area, so it is definitely undergoing a transition. While it is a safe neighborhood, we are still downtown Indy;) I have never had any issues, but I don't go for a walk in the dark and always lock my car doors.
  • Amber's house is a great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Indianapolis! The house is so clean and quaint with the most comfortable queen beds! Amber is a gracious host, quick to respond with any questions and provided more amenities than we could have hoped for! We had a great time reconnecting with friends in a great environment. Thanks Amber! We would highly recommend your place to anyone!

  • Ambers home is a wonderful stay while in Indianapolis. Very clean home with lots of nice homey touches to make you feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay in Ambers home. The size and location was perfect for me and my family. I will be recommending Ambers home to my other family and friends for future stays in Indianapolis.

    Thomas2018-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect place for families, very comfortable beds, clean home, and updated touches! Amber is quick with communicating and a gracious host with extra amenities in the home. Close to everything and will definitely will stay here again!

    Laura2018-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, Amber provided plenty of towels and toiletries if we forgot something. Great location for the state fair grounds.

    Mike2018-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • Amber has done a beautiful job with this craftsman home. She has put in modern amenities but has kept the charm of the home. I would recommend her place to anyone staying in Indianapolis. We had 6 adults and 3 children there without feeling crowded or cramped. The bedrooms are roomy and the upstairs space was perfect. She had plenty of dishes. We were able to prepare meals with no problems. I would stay here again if I am back in Indianapolis.

    Bettina2018-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • Amber’s home is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, and lovingly appointed with information and amenities. We didn’t explore at all during our stay, but it looks to be a lovely neighborhood. If you’re traveling with a group or a family, this is a lovely affordable choice!

    Buchi2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in to-date. I want to go back to Indianapolis just to stay in this house again. The home looks like someone went on Pinterest and took it seriously (direct quote from one of the other guests). The beds are the comfiest beds I've slept in outside my own home. All the linens are soft. My favorite feature was the bath-- amber set out epson salts and essential oils with a how-to for the perfect bath. Several of us took advantage of that, as we were exhausted from Gen Con, and it miraculously healed us. Another great touch was the stock of toiletries-- including tampons! Which sounds weird to mention, but with a group of mostly women it was appreciated! All of the main delivery apps deliver here as well, but be warned-- most places close around 9pm! I don't think it is possible to have had a better stay. Amber was always available for any questions we had. I messaged her two days into our stay just to tell her how great her home is, and she responded right away. 10000/10 stars.

  • James is a great host. He let me check in earlier than the normal time and his place has literally everything you need to have a nice stay! I really enjoyed it. Will be back, definitely!

    Iman2017-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful apartment in a neat neighborhood. Check in was super easy and James was very communicative throughout the process. Apartment is well stocked with all the necessities and some great touches. I’d be happy to stay with James again.

  • The Mapleton Hidaway was clean and great. It's location felt safe and conveniently located near main roads. When we arrived there was bottled water, coffee, tea, breakfast type snacks, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge! Rushed packing for your trip and forgot something? No worries there- the bathroom is also stocked with new toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, curling iron, and Tylenol! We arrived a day later than planned, and James was gracious and flexible with our schedule.

    Elizabeth2016-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Clean, comfortable, and has its own style. Downtown was about 5 miles down the road, a straight shot, and my Lyft was $5-$10. James accommodated my early arrival, which was nice. Neighborhood is not near the bustle of the city and is quiet. Overall, 5 stars for comfort, location, house amenities, host communication, and likelihood to stay here again. Thanks James!!

Second floor carriage house in historical neighborhood in Indianapolis. The home is newly renovated, but still maintains architectural details like the original hardwood floors. This cozy space is perfect for one or two people, and even a small kiddo, looking for a convenient midtown Indy location.
We provide many amenities for your stay - a Jura coffee and espresso machine, access to a washer and dryer, bedroom and bathroom linens, extra pillows, hangers, books to borrow and wifi. Our family purchased this property in 2017, and have spent the past year renovating the main house, the yard, and the garage and carriage house. Our home was built in 1925, and the carriage house was the apartment for the family's chauffeur, who was also responsible for keeping the coal-burning furnace fired. We converted the space into a light-filled, modern space and kept as many original details as possible. The original blueprints for the garage are hanging just outside the carriage house door. We love sharing this space and our beautiful neighborhood with people visiting our city!
We are located in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood of Indianapolis. This is a historic neighborhood in Midtown with close proximity to Downtown, Butler University and the Broad Ripple neighborhood. Meridian Kessler is full of beautiful, historic homes, tree-lined streets and great sidewalks.
  • This charming location in an historically beautiful neighborhood is a great place to stay for two! The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating!

  • The Blue Door Bungalow is charming, clean, and had everything we needed. We rented this place for a quick vacation from our Notre Dame rental, but ended up having a blast. This adorable home is located about 8mins away from the best restaurant in Indy Tinker Street and 5 mins away from Fresh Market. Due to the location, comfort, and wonderful hospitality Rachel provided, we now love Indy! I highly recommend this place!

    Kathryn2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Rachel's bungalow is a lovingly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. The garage and off street driveway parking was a real plus. Rachel was a fabulous host, who offered great tips for getting around. If you're looking for a quiet comfortable stay in Indy, stay here!

    David2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • The house is incredibly beautiful. Rachel was friendly and accommodating. ~20m to downtown Indianapolis. Price was unbeatable. Only (very minor) downside is no TV. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend it to others!

  • Rachel's place was a great find for a recent 3 week business trip. Clean, well equipped and located 20 minutes from most places in Indy. The neighborhood was quiet and the off-street parking was convenient. My wife loved the well stocked kitchen and the sunroom to relax and read in. We have stayed at 15 plus Airbnbs in Indianapolis and this one is highly recommended. Rachel is a great host who responds quickly and wants you to have a great stay.

Pub-like atmosphere with kitchen, pool table, sectional couch, and cozy amenities.
This private studio apartment space has a separate, secure entrance upstairs in a carriage house, which is a two story detached garage in the rear of our property.
Meridian Kessler neighborhood is a beautiful century old district conveniently located in Midtown Indianapolis near Broad Ripple, Butler University, Clowes Hall, Indiana State Fairgrounds, and is only minutes from downtown. Cozy, locally owned restaurants and the upcoming Red Line are within walking distance. The Monon Trail is four blocks from there. The governor’s mansion is a few blocks away.
  • This is a great place to stay. It’s nice and cozy and fun, unless you are a Purdue fan. :-) As two IU grad’s we enjoyed it a great deal. After the fact we realized that it was pretty clear that the bed was a sofa bed but we didn’t necessarily realize that until we got there. So just be aware that it is a sofa bed with a nice memory foam mattress on it.

  • Fantastic! Jamie's place is perfect for a weekend in Indy! We stayed for a few concerts in Noblesville, about 25 minute drive not bad at all. So close to Broad Ripple and everything you'd want to do in Indy. Super clean and a cool vibe! Definitely be staying here again! Thanks!!

    Jeremy2019-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • The loft was great! It has everything I needed during my stay. The bed is a pull out, but it was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

    Edward2018-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Jamie and her family were such gracious hosts for our first trip to the Indy 500! The studio is very clean and bigger than one would expect. One review mentioned that the hot water took a while to warm up, but that was never an issue for us. Hot water was instant and never ran out. The pull out bed was comfortable with plenty of comfy linens. Full kitchen AND complimentary beverages in the fridge. We enjoyed our trip to the Indy and would welcome an opportunity to stay here again. We highly recommend this property!

    Nikki2019-05-27T00:00:00Z

Unique loft like space close to Broad Ripple. Very close Upland Brewery, and the new Indygo Redline starting in September. 5 minutes from the heart of many restaurants, bars, and the Monon Trail. Unit was completely renovated in 2016. The decor is modern and chic and gives you a big city feel while still maintaining the closeness of the small neighborhood. The building is very private and still easily accessible. Ample street parking available. We DO NOT allow parties in this location.
This first floor unit will provide you with everything you need to have a comfortable stay away from home. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal. It is professionally cleaned after each guest.

  • AJ's place was perfect for my weekend in Indianapolis. It is located in a safe, family-oriented area. It is a very quick taxi/Uber ride to Downtown or the trendy Broad Ripple area. I loved the key pad self-check in and AJ's taste in art is funky and trendy! Thanks for a great stay!
