This annex has a double bedroom with views! Parking on the road right outside. We are right next door, so just call! There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with beautiful views across Exeter and open countryside. A luxurious, rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels & toiletries, woodburner, a good book, no street lights..You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: There's hot water & a large sink in the bathroom- & kitchen- & a hot outdoor shower at the back of the cabin running off gas & hose, which according to the reviews, is rather a favourite! In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner, or a portable gas fire.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with shop and pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
