There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
