Forest, beach and good hills

A 96 m2 holiday home. In the garden, there is a small, cozy campfire area and a shelter with 2-3 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 m from a lovely swimming beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbour, Falsled Kro and a rather excellent harbour barbecue: "Vandkanten." We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing and cycling. The Øhavsstien, which is a 220-km-long hiking trail around the entire South Funen Øhav, starts at Falsled Harbour.

If you walk opposite the beach, the super ideal old fishing village of Dyreborg is within walking distance. On the grounds there is access to covered table tennis table, outdoor bath, kayaks, trampoline, bicycles, toys available and fire pit.

The small harbour is close by, so is the old grocery shop where you can buy bread, milk and other nessesarities. The Guest House is small, minimalistic, the livingroom is also the bedroom. There is a foldable bed in the livingroom and another foldable bed in the kitchen. Suitable for 2 adults, 2/3 children. Charger for EV.

Ønsker du ro, havudsigt og et lækkert sommerhus. Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

Rengøring skal foretages. Huset efterlades samme stand som modtaget. Tæt på skov, gode vandreruter eller mountainbikespor i Svanninge Bakker. God fornøjelse - nyd Dyreborg skov, strand og vand - der findes ikke et bedre sted på Sydfyn. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fester eller andre større arrangementer.
