On Kongebakken in Svendborg you will find this unique townhouse with high ceilings and the most beautiful view of the strait. The house offers two living rooms, older kitchen and 4 bedrooms with double beds / 1.40 m beds. Located in a cozy environment close to the city center and within walking distance to several beaches and Frederiksø. On the newly built terrace, there is sun from morning to early evening. Good large dining area inside and out. Wood burning stove in the living room (incl. firewood) In the kitchen there is a new gas stove (electric oven), milk frother etc.

Charming townhouse overlooking SvendborgSund

You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Unique townhouse/apartment with 80 km2 roof terrace, 2 minutes from the harbor bath. NEW kitchen from January 2024! Central in Faaborg is this gem. The house has its own entrance and a lovely roof terrace where you can completely grill, sunbathe or have a nap after a sea depth - an oasis in the middle of the city, with a staircase down to a small garden. The apartment has a ground floor entrance, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living area and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry berry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

We rent out our small town house (approx. 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house is on foot 10. min to the station, 10 min. to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness etc. 2 min. to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is cinema, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the motorway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

Cozy townhouse with 250 meters to the beach

Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with brand new furniture (pictures to be updated). The house offers spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. When spare time drop by the beach and say hi to Delle the famous Dolphin 🙂

Charming townhouse. located in the middle of Faaborg by the city square and harbor. The space: is furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and bedroom with 2 beds. There's an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the South Tyrolean archipelago. Our house is a small old town house, which is not suitable for children during school age.

Lovely townhouse110m2. The heart of the swing castle, close to everything

This unique gem (110m2) oozes soul and charm. It's located in one of the oldest and most popular neighborhoods in swing castle. All the way down to the wooden ship harbor, 100 meters from the station, pedestrian street and Ärøfærgen. There's a small enclosed garden, as well as a lovely little backyard. For this reason, it's quiet and nice💗, suitable for children. You share the outside space with the owner who lives in the backyard.

“Home with piano and pallet couch, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.
