Perfect people and place

A peaceful spot with a very quiet surrounding. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic—she provided everything for a BBQ, including charcoal and dry alcohol. Bicycles were also available, which we used to explore the area.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! I spent two days with my family in Ezio's beautiful house. The house exactly reflects the photos and descriptions, as well as the outdoor area, and everything is thoughtfully cared for. We were looking for two days of relaxation and it's just what we found. The area is particularly quiet and very close to Lake Caldonazzo. The opportunity to use the heated hot tub in the evening, overlooking the surrounding mountains and stars, is the icing on the cake of the house. Ezio has provided us with a lot of useful information and tips on activities to do, where to eat and everything you need. We really felt like friends of the hosts. Last plus: we were asked for the utmost attention to recycling, which we were very happy with.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

Silvia's little house is enchanting, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing! From home you can easily access nice walks, and the fully fenced garden is perfect for those who, like us, have a dog! We will definitely be back!

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Great stay gahad at this super accommodation! Very nice location with views over the lake. A neatly maintained garden with swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owner, responds quickly to messages and gives valuable tips about stay and surroundings. In short, we enjoyed it!

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has basic amenities. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

Beautiful location with great views and lovely swimming pool! A part of the apartments are private property and a part is rented out. Apartment is neat and clean and kitchen is fully equipped. Garage box of the apartment (No. 8) is at the end of the parking garage. It is therefore difficult to park ahead. Parking is best by backing into the parking garage. We would love to come back here again!

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there, and it was a wonderful experience. The place feels new, pristine, and cosy. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped and inviting. The surrounding is breathtakingly beautiful - you get to drink your morning espresso looking at green landscapes, blue skies and snowy peaks from the balcony. But above all - Katya has been a perfect host: welcoming, friendly, kind and caring. She took time and effort to make sure we have everything we need, and provided really good recommendations for the area. We warmly recommend this place and will very happily revisit it in the future. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering excellent local tips and always being available if we had any questions. We spent a weekend at this place. Clean house. Convenient location with private parking. Super helpful and flexible host with check-in times since he waited for us until 9:30 pm without problems. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.

The apartment surprised us with many amenities and very nice amenities. Spotlessly clean and very cozy at the same time. Located on the edge of the countryside, close to the forest, with the possibility of many walking trails with a dog. Independently, the entrance and deck gave you the freedom to enter at any time.
