The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern T0, in an anti-seismic construction building of the year 2008, very welcoming, with a lot of light, located in the historical center of the city of Horta, island of Faial, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, near bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general commerce and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Conceição, maritime terminal and beach of Porto Pim. It has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and Mountain of the island of Pico.

Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

Praia do Almoxarife - Casa da Partira "the grinding"

About 4 km to the north, from the city of Horta, is Almoxarife Beach. In the "grinding" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It has a traditional moth architecture that dates back to the beginning of the last century. In grinding, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, craft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. Casa Acima da Rocha is “an inch and a half” from the rocks of the coast, with a magnificent view over the Pico-São Jorge canal, where you can be lulled by the whispering of the waves of the sea and the song of the seagulls. It is a newly rebuilt house decorated mostly with recyclables, optimizing existing materials and simultaneously providing comfort to those who enjoy it.

Very close to the natural pools of Varadouro, with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Located in a quiet area and close to many trails and areas of interest of the island such as Caldeira or Capelinhos Volcano.
