“Kate's place is lovely better than than the photos! Little homely touches give you the relaxed feeling, a break should give, as soon as you walk in. The facilities are great, more than most, and we were very grateful for them, Kate had thought of all, & more, that visitors may need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment, and will look forward to another visit soon.”

It offers boutique shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and along with its stunning beaches has a pretty, sheltered harbour with yacht anchorage and boat club. Standing in the Snowdonia National Park, the area is noted for its opportunities for outdoor pursuits including walking, sailing and a variety of water sports.
“Great location literally a short walk from the centre. Very relaxing and comfortable space. Well designed with everything you need to hand. Efficient heating which was great as even though the weather was good it was nice to come back to such a cosy space. Love the slate wall/fireplace but sadly no need to use log burner. Garden area, looks great too, but we didnt use that either. Spent most of our time on the beach as our 7month puppy who couldnt get enough of it! Great communication from Lisa too”

“Thanks to Tracey we had a wonderful couple of nights in Barmouth, the location of the property is ideal just a few minutes walk to the beach & even less to the pub (The last Inn) which I can highly recommend. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.”
