The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

The house is made of stone and completely renovated. All furniture and accessories are new. The house is on three levels with internal stairs: 1 (entrance, living room with sofa bed, cinema to watch TV, bathroom, small terrace) - 2: (bedroom, bathroom); 3: (kitchen, terrace with gazebo, swimming pool); 4: private garden.
