Monthly Rentals in Falmouth

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, comfortable, and cozy! Location was great—near a small downtown and about 10-15 minutes from both Portland and Freeport. Gregory and Shelby were responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend their home!

This spot was perfect! Were so glad we snagged it bc it was quiet and clean but also only 10 minutes from Portland. The area was beautiful and every window has a gorgeous view. Erin was an amazing host, very responsive to my pre check in questions which was so helpful. Thank you Erin for hosting us, we'll be back!
