Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The small 40 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor is located on a former four-sided courtyard in the old village center. The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

Modern infrared underfloor heating, a rain shower with massage functions and a toilet with bidet offer additional comfort. There is a lot of forest and three lakes in the area. Outdoor shower, fitness equipment, trampoline and table tennis in summer – a perfect place to enjoy culture and nature!

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Dear guests, i rent a small cabin (15m²) in my garden for people who want to bathe, hike, read a book or just want to enjoy the garden e.g. in the hammock and nature(noise). The hut offers a sleeping space with a spacious sofa bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed for a third person. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, and a basic set of dishes.
