Monthly Rentals in Fanning Island

This little place was perfect for me. I flew into town to help my daughter move and this place worked out perfectly! I will definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive, place was clean, quiet and close to my daughter - thank you for opening your little La Casita to me! See you again in the near future!

House was great! family of 5 and we had plenty of room. very clean and we loved the decor. outside was just as welcoming, loved all the plants and views of the water. the dock doesnt have rails and seems kinda dangerous but it is clearly stated to be very cautious when using it and which we did and even caught some fish! really loved this home!! The hosts were very kind and informative would highly recommend staying there!

We spent a week at this cottage on the water and loved it. It was very clean, check in was easy and flexible, and everything was as described or even better. The bed was very comfortable. The fishing off the back bulkhead was relaxing and enjoyable. ( even caught several fish). We were not sure there would be enough to do for a week stay but that was not a problem with all the state parks, kayaking, hiking, Amelia Island and a couple trips into Jacksonville, we were busy every day. Would definitely go back.

Great place, convenient location, near Walmart and other amenities. Very easy check in. Comfortable King size bed, gym and pool were great to use. I felt right at home and the basic supplies provided was very helpful for doing dishes and laundry. Area waa super quiet too. Enjoyed my stay, thank you.
