Peaceful family house, recommended for families especially.

We recently had the most wonderful summer break staying at this lovely, peaceful cottage in Melby. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt ourselves relax. The cottage is beautifully decorated, kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are very comfortable - easily sleeping our 2 families. Outside, we loved using the pool, snoozing in the hammock and eating on the expansive deck in front of the outdoor fireplace. The cottage is a 10-15min walk to a pretty local beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to the pretty Liseleje Beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Christian and Pernille were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with, always responsive and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay!

Fantastic lovely cottage located in a lovely area close to Tisvilde Hegn and Tibirke Bakker. The cottage itself invited for lots of activities and coziness. It was clean, tidy, and tidy. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of porcelain, dishes, and glasses. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

We were there with the family and had a very good time. The pool was bigger than expected and the garden is great. Everything was the same as the photos. The garden has grown in nicely, so you don't notice anything from the neighbors. The amenities were very good. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearby village of Asnæs is quite small, but there are 2 supermarkets and a good bakery, so you get everything essential.

place in nature, in the beautiful Danish countryside. Jeanne offers a very atypical accommodation. it's very clean and well laid out. i highly recommend this place. Especially since the host, Jeanne, is very pleasant and responsive to messages. good luck, signed the satisfied French ( which is quite rare😁)

Christina and Martin were very helpful and accommodating. Everything in the house was to your satisfaction and there were all the amenities you need. Had contact with them during the stay when we happened to make a mess with the pool cover but we got very nice treatment and they made sure there was a company and made it right. Highly recommend this house and nice host couple who took care of our holiday!

We stayed at Rikke and Andreas' place for 1 week. The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Sorø. The location is very central and therefore many things were super accessible. It was superbly equipped. In the kitchen, for example, nothing was missing. There were also a lot of toys available (our son was thrilled) The highlight was of course the heated pool & jacuzzi. Together with a grill and some outdoor toys, the perfect mix for everyone. The beds were also very comfortable. In the master bedroom even with box spring bed and children's room with high bed. Communication was also great. Rikke & Andreas responded very promptly. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation! We will be happy to come back :)

Helle is a wonderful host. She met us at arrival and was quick and responsive with communication throughout the stay. The house is unique in that it has tennis court and heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are cozy and there are several bathrooms to make the stay comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the dinning room space is very special. The house is on a dirt road but very walkable. About 30-50 minute walk to town, restaurant, and beaches. Bikes are provided but we did not use them. Would recommend highly.

Retrostyle of the 70s in a Danish vacation home: This is something different and we liked it very much. Nevertheless, you don't have to do without any comfort at Morten and Mette Marie's (such as Wi-Fi, streaming TV, sound system, modern kitchen appliances or air conditioning). Highly recommended!

Amazing house, very spacious, can fit quite a large group of people. The design of the house is immaculate, high ceilings, modern interior design and a clean cozy feel. Host was very quick to respond, enjoyed our girls weekend away. Will definitely book again.

A lovely home from home in a modern housing complex. As it is the owners home it is extremely well kitted out and has everything you could need for your stay. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station with easy access to Copenhagen. Greatly situated for easy access to some great Viking attractions in Roskilde, and only 25 minutes from the airport by car. Thomas and Lea are very responsive hosts. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Lotte was an excellent host. Her quick responses ensured smooth communication throughout. The space was impressively clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. A delightful surprise was the fresh eggs from the on-site chicken coop - a charming touch. Lotte's friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and enhanced the overall experience. Jesper was a really great and informative host. The apartment is really nice and in a good quiet location.

We had a really cozy stay – everything was as it should be, and we felt comfortable all the way through.

The house is really really nice and well equipped. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. The orangerie is magical and a joy to hang out in. There is a large variety och tables, sofas, armchairs so everyone can pick their own spot and you can have dinners at different places etc. Jette is a very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended.

This is a summer house perfect for families with children. Large, bright and with all amenities The garden is private and the area completely quiet. Short distance to the sea and great beaches, as well as the bakery and high quality fish shop! Can safely be recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Robert’s house ! The house and the garden are perfect for a family, you can find all the equipment you need, the house was very clean and nicely decorated and the environment is very calm. All nice sandy beaches are just 10min by car and Copenhagen just 45min. It is a perfect location to visit the North coast of Denmark while enjoying a day in Tivoli - very much recommended !

Lovely stay in a cosy house

A very comfortable house near the sea shore. Everything to make you feel at home. The hostess is friendly, communicative and responsive to your needs and queries. The garden and the small hut are perfect addition to the package. We would recommend to everyone looking to spend time in Denmark away from the urban hustle of major cities.

the house was much bigger than expected and had beautiful touches. Beautifully renovated by the young son. Rinette and Sandra gave good tips for the surroundings including a beer cellar and were very warm. If we are in the area then we will definitely book this again.

We loved staying at Joakim’s place. Super cosy, very nice design. We’ll come back!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Nicolai's place! The place was very homey, spacious for sleeping and had everything we needed. Nicolai was very helpful in providing additional bedding and clear instructions, we felt very welcome. The house is located close to the train station so very convenient, and very close to the beach and other attractions, with easy parking in front of the house. I would gladly stay again when in the region! Thank you Nicolai!
