Had a little trouble at the being but Jory responded very quickly and took care of the issue. Lovely place located by everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful back yard for the dogs! We will be coming back to this place!

This was our second stay at one of Ellie's properties. After such a wonderful stay at the first property, we didn't think it could be topped but my MIL liked this one even better! Great decor, extremely clean, very welcoming, and loaded with amenities. Ellie was super helpful, flexible, and responsive. She even went over and above helping us find a property with another host when we needed to extend our stay but her properties were full. HIGHLY recommend!

Is as advertised - if you want something unique, rural, and memorable - this is your place. If you are looking for typical creature comforts you would get at a hotel or in a more densely populated area with another BNB, this is not your place. Scott was helpful and responsive.

Our visit to Fargo was a family get together to introduce our newest grandchildren to their cousins & Uncles and Aunts. We had plenty of room and we gathered at KOHO house for the day and shared an informal meal together with our children and their children. The beds were comfy and the extra bathroom upstairs was wonderful. I look forward to our next visit Fargo. I hope we are able to stay at the big blue house again!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maryn's Airbnb. The property was impeccably maintained, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable stay. Maryn herself was a fantastic host—extremely informative and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Her attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely request an additional stay if I'm ever in the area again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as shown in photos, and Reina was very responsive prior to check in. The check in time was flexible which we really appreciated since we got to town early! We traveled with small children, and they loved the space, too (especially the provided snacks).! The host installed a baby gate as requested in a prior review, and sent me photos that it was installed when I asked about it before booking which was really reassuring. My one year old could fit under the space between the floor and the bottom of the gate and would be curious enough to try, so we still blocked it off anyways but it’s great to stop accidental falls down with young kids. Thanks so much for letting us stay with you!

Great place to stay for a nice weekend trip. There was plenty of space, and being on the second floor made it have a feel of privacy. The place was very clean and tidy.
