Hotel vacation rentals in Faro

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted in the most friendliest way possible. The property and room is modern and renovated without loosing its original touch. The hospitality was outstanding and we can not thank Mariana and her family enough for the lovely local tips, the food and the help they provided.

An example: comfortable, functional, sustainable, clean and tastefully furnished (which never hurts). Hosts too!

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication, easy check-in, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view and Iris arranged the bed for our baby, which was really great. Thank you for a home away from home! 🥰

Super hostel and very welcoming host. To find the place, it's easier to search "hostel on the hill" on the GPS. Plan a sweater, it's windy!;)

Margarida was very nice and helpful with everything, the apartment is in a very nice area - you have a lot of bars and restaurants there and the sea of course ! The only problem was with the bathroom, we think it would be nice if you change the hose and shower head and take care of the roof from the shower Everything else was perfect

This (mostly?) family run business made us feel very welcome, and right at home from the moment of checking in up until the moment we had left. When we checked in Ana immediately presented us with some wonderful ideas to eat and do in the neighbourhood, which she actually enjoyed herself doing. Nice touch! We understood eachother perfectly, as fellow foodies 😃 And when we asked for some amenities that were not listed, they were able to provide within minutes! (Look, we weren't asking for a helicopter on the roof.. they were just minor things. but still!) The only thing I'm not going to miss is the hard bed, but that's just personal preference I guess 😉 Everything was clean, always. The location is within walking distance of everything we would have needed. And all that accompanied with an honest, well-meant, and broad smile by the owners. Would book again without any doubt.

A perfect location for outstanding sunsets, starry nights, local historic towns and an array of beautiful and well served beaches within 30 mins by car. A peaceful, relaxed and very safe area in beautiful grounds. The amenities were superb, comfortable, clean, everything was in good working condition. The shared kitchen was well stocked with a range of utensils and some shared basic ingredients. The barbecue and outdoor dining area was fantastic and equally suited to private dining or socialising with other guests (many of whom were repeat visitors). The pool was lovely and offered outstanding views across the region. The breakfast offered a wonderful range of fresh, homemade or local produce. The perfect holiday! But what made it truly outstanding was the warmth and care of the hosts, whose presence was unobtrusive but so welcoming to all their guests and their pets. Inspirational people, informed by international perspectives, conveying a genuine love for this beautiful country.

Great hostel, the common areas are great, especially the outside and the living/dining room. Everything is very clean. The staff is really super nice and welcoming. Rooms are well equipped with light and individual socket, as well as curtains for a little privacy. The only negative point was the comfort of my bed, I felt the bed frame in the center.

The absolute best. They’ve curated such a beautiful serene place to stay. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

We didn't arrive until 2am due to our flight but that wasn't an issue. The gentleman at check-in very friendly and helpful. Parking in the underground garage was easily possible. We slept great and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel! Everything was very fresh and it had lots of options. Since we only stayed one night, we can't say much about the infrastructure, but what we saw looked good (pool, gym, etc.). We will be happy to come back!

Just nice to stay with you!

The apartment is about 25 mins. walk from centre of Tavira, 20 mins. walk to Porta Nova rail station, 15 min. walk to shopping mall whith huge supermarket, foodhall, and a cinema. The complex itself has a restaurant, a bar that also serves food and quite a sizeable supermarket all within 3-4 mins walk. The site is well designed and maintained, with lots of greenery and mature trees. Feels very safe and secure. Very attractive pool area. I spent a month in the Aptmnt over the Christmas period. Very quiet and peacefull at this time but I think because of the layout, it will always feel that way. Aptmnt spacious. Large bedroom, plenty storage and a juliet balcony. Open plan kitchen, dinning space and lounge with doors to good size balcony that gets sun all day. Sizeable bathroom with hot shower and bath. TV has movies and other programmes in English. Would happily have stayed longer. Problem with hot water on a Sunday that was fixed that same day when host was advised. Excellent response

Beautiful beach house with lovely decor - everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The location is so wonderful, right next to the sea. Faro is easily accessible, we loved the little ferry which crosses from the island to town. All the nearby restaurants had great dishes. Sonja and Sergio were extremely kind and welcoming. It was a perfect holiday for us in every way 🌞

We had a great stay all around! Super nice reception, always good accessibility, room clean and as seen on the pictures equipped with little "unnecessary stuff" which is very helpful with a child if not too much. Beautiful property - it was not warm enough to test the pool;-)

What a beautiful little house with a beautiful terrace overlooking a large lot with various fruit trees. We loved spending a week in this house. The house is very clean, well-equipped and well-located to explore the south coast of Portugal. Sylvia was a very kind and caring host from the day of booking confirmation to the day of checkout. A quick nod to Ana who welcomed us very warmly. We will come back without hesitation.

Carolina has always had the most attention in every detail and available to facilitate everything we need. The house is very well located and has good outdoor and indoor areas for a comfortable vacation with space.

Great host, very welcoming and available. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and secure place. Vast parking, nice pool, billiards, foosball table and gym. Convenient, clean, and as expected. Beautiful terrace, washing machine available. The only small downside is its location a good 15-minute walk from the center but easy to access. Food stores right across the street, great!

lovely villa which is great for families. we were a group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. place was spotless and host very responsive and helpful. welcome basket for us when we arrived. pool is slightly cool but believe there is an option to have it heated. prainha village itself is nice but slightly tired looking. playground needs some updating but is a good facility to have. dining options close by are limited, but 20 minute walk to Alvor only. overall would 100% recommend
