Cozy newly renovated year-round house, with partial fjord view and with charger for electric car. The house is located on the north side of Jegindø and is a 10-minute walk down to the fjord. The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Klithuset - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. There is a fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is settled separately at DKK 4 per kw. Water is charged at DKK 75 per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. Washing floors and cleaning bathrooms. As well as cleaning the kitchen and all surfaces. Oven and grill must be cleaned after use
