The apartment has its own entrance to a beautiful garden with the possibility of both entertainment and relaxation. You will find everything from garden furniture, hammock and outdoor activities in the form of games and a trampoline. There are several cozy nooks that you are welcome to use, just as there is a Mexican fireplace and barbecue in the garden. Free parking in front of the house.

The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Hyggelig 1. salslejlighed på vores gård, beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger centralt i Østjylland, 18 km fra Århus C og 9 km fra tilkørslen til motorvej E45. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse, hvor der er mulighed for at tænde op i bålet. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
