Aimee’s boathouse is the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and truly cared for. Aimee clearly has a gift for hosting—evident in every thoughtful detail, from the beautiful interior styling and luxurious linens to the homemade treats and indulgent skincare products. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking—lush, open, and serene. We felt completely immersed in nature. The amenities made our stay effortless. We especially loved the cozy firepit and the perfectly appointed little kitchen, ideal for preparing simple, comforting meals. The outdoor seating area quickly became our favorite spot—perfect for enjoying a sunset drink and, as it turns out, a proposal! We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten engaged in such a special place. Thank you so much to these wonderful hosts for creating such a magical experience.

I stayed here with my 11year old daughter for 3 nights. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed. I was working from my laptop and the wifi was perfect and met all our needs. The location was outstanding with lots of recommendations of activities and eateries. Amazing food at the BarleyCove Beach Hotel. Make sure to get food prior to arrival as whilst the local stores have some food, it is limited. Overall our stay was amazing, Joanne and family were so accommodating and my daughter was delighted to be invited to play with their children and cousins for hours in their garden.

We loved our stay in Baltimore. Aisling and Donagh’s cottage is surrounded by stunning scenery, a short drive from the harbour and Lough Hyne. The cottage itself is very cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Aisling and Donagh were very helpful and welcoming hosts. Look forward to returning!

We had great time in Katies, she was very helpful with everything, always in contact with us. Cabin was in fantastic location, very close to Mizen Head and Three Headcastle. We were very surprised having fresh bread, butter, milk when qe arrived. Towel fresh and soft. Amazing place, highly recommend Katies Cabin if You are looking for quiet, cosy space for a couple. Beautiful weather was included. Will come back for sure.
