Britanie was very responsive and informative. She sent lots of communication to ensure we were excited and ready for the trip. She did a wonderful job preparing the house for arrival and stocking the house with all things we may need to enjoy your stay at their beautiful place. We very much enjoyed our stay at this rural property. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is superb and well equipped, and the whole house is relaxing and inviting. The house is very much out of town and had a private, secluded feel to it, but it's only a 10 minute drive to Bastrop to get groceries, go to a restaurant, or find anything else you might need. The outdoor spaces at the house are great and provide plenty of space to spread out. The pool is not heated and was too cool for my liking (we were there at the end of April with temps in the 90s). Overall, would recommend for a family. The master bedroom is palatial with its own deluxe ensuite, desk, and sitting area. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom, and do have a powder room close by. There is another full bathroom on the lower level of the house which is great for the pool and hot tub, but can only be accessed by going outside and down the stairs.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The grounds are expansive and great fun for the dog to explore. The best part of the visit was the pool and hot tub. Both were fantastic.

We love staying here and always have a great time. The pool and hot tub are an added benefit after a long day.

The Farm House is a charming home. It is exactly as described and well-equipped with everything you need for your stay. Matt was super responsive throughout our stay.

Amazing stay! Kayaked in the river, stayed by the pool, and plenty of yard for the kids to run around. Lovely weekend and plan to stay again here.

We stayed here for a family function and everyone was very happy with this booking. They had everything you needed to cook with. Lots of room so you dont feel like your cramped. The outdoor spaces was the highlight for us. The pool and hottub were a huge hit. The large garage that had games snd cornhole was used by the whole family. . We would definitely book the house again. The family has already asked about planning another trip to stay here.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in the country, this is the place! The hot tub & pool were beautiful, best place to watch the sunset! We cooked most of our meals there, even used the grill! They had everything we needed for a quiet getaway. We were even able to use their Gator to ride around the property and they let us use their fishing poles! It felt like a home away from home, we never even locked the door when we left the property. We brought our German Shepherd Luna, she had a blast riding the Gator and swimming and being able to run free. We plan to make this our yearly destination! The hosts were so sweet and kind. If you want your privacy, or want to be social, they will abide either request. Next time we come, we plan staying longer. If I could give 10 stars I would! Can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! The amenities were perfect and plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Ground coffee was provided which was very appreciated!! Views are lovely! The house is so spacious and well laid out which gave us the ability to visit in many living spaces but then the bedrooms provided space and privacy when needed. Elroy was helpful and communicative. And of course Scout (and Max) were fantastic greeters! I highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

This is our second time staying here. Rose’s place is a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of Houston. She is very communicative and the place feels just like home. It was great for a family with two teenagers. Very comfortable with all of the amenities you need in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We had an awesome time at Tinisha’s place! We had a lot of fun by the pool and in the hot tub and throwing the frisbee in the big backyard. The location is peaceful in a quaint town right next to Buescher and Bastrop state parks. We used the kitchen quite a bit and everything worked well. The spaciousness was perfect for our family get together! One thing to note is that the guest has to decide when to heat the hot tub and let Tinisha know, but Tinisha was very responsive. A great stay.

Our group of ladies enjoyed our stay at the Fayetteville Belle! We were there for Round Top antiques show, which is an easy 15 min drive. The house was very comfortable, clean and peaceful. A wonderful place to return after a day of shopping! The beds are all comfy and plenty of hot water for showers. We also loved the small town of Fayetteville, and you can easily walk to downtown through this lovely neighborhood. We had a wonderful breakfast at Orsak’s cafe and wished we had tried other places there….less crowded and just as good as Round Top. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay! Very close to the town of Round Top and easy to get in and out. Very clean and organized. Wander Inn even provided breakfast in the mornings!

What a fun place to stay while shopping in Round Top! I loved being able to walk to dinner and all the Round Top shops and then coming back to a delightful room for the night.

We had a fabulous girls trip! It's 10-15 minutes from Round Top and LaGrange and there are fantastic wineries, breweries and restaurants close by. The house is beautiful, clean, and fit our needs perfectly.

If you are looking for a beautiful gem in a quaint town this is the place for you. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house is very spacious, and so beautifully decorated that you feel right at home away from home. All the amenities are a huge bonus, the kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms have all the necessities and more. Our family enjoyed some time in the cowboy pool and it was so amazing, the temperature was nice, it was clean and well taken care of. Such an amazing added touch. This is a must stay the next time we are in Smithville!

Peaceful neighborhood and very spacious, clean house. We stayed in for a much needed rest and quiet weekend of visiting. Loved the back porch, privacy and views of nothing but trees.

Beautiful property! We loved the space! It included everything we needed for a peaceful and fun family weekend. Lots to explore. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. Brent was very responsive and was a great host. We will be back!

Kathleen and Troy's home in Smithville is lovely. The two-floor layout allows for the family members to be spread out if they choose; and, the family spaces provide plenty of options for together time, also. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The home, originally built about 1928, has been beautifully maintained and artfully updated, while retaining it's 100-year old charm in the historic neighborhood. The hosts were responsive, and we enjoyed our stay.
