Our stay at “Ms. Ada’s House” was a wonderful and peaceful get away! It is a beautifully renovated cabin, that retains the nostalgic charm of the old historic cabin, while tastefully blending in modern amenities. The added living room with fireplace was special ~ it was beautifully decorated, with windows all around, which allowed sunlight to stream into the room. We truly enjoyed spending time in this living space. We also enjoyed the swing on the front porch, so peaceful. The pictures on the listing were very representative of the house. It was well stocked with just about everything we needed. And Christine, the host, was extremely good communicating with us and with responding to any inquiries we had. We hope to return someday!

The decor was fabulous and the amenities were over the top! Even had blackout curtains, extra toiletries, excellent coffee bar setup, easy to locate lighting and electrical outlets, I could go on and on. Couldn't think of one thing to complain about. Other places could take tips from Eagle's Nest. Thank you for a wonderful experience after we are regrouping after a house fire, was very comforting, spacious and considerate. Hope to go back in the future.

Our stay turned out to be way more than expected. First this stay was exactly as described by the reviews. Wonderful place, extremely clean and very welcoming . KEEP READING. We unfortunately were there during some very extreme weather. We had not left the property yet when it happened. Jill and Kevin were not on site ...yet our safety was there utmost concern. They communicated with us about where the tornados were. They opened their home for us to seek shelter in the basement. Had to do that not once but twice. Fortunately their beautiful home and property were spared,but areas near them were NOT. We can not thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure we were safe . They are superb host. They have a beautiful property and anyone who stays with them should feel thankful and blessed they are willing to it share this with you and respect that. We left them knowing we have made some new friends and are great full for that. Oh and BLACKJACK IS THE BEST DOG EVER.

I have no regrets! Samantha's place is a great place to stay while in the area. The bed is very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Lots of natural light in the space during the day from the big second floor windows. I really liked the high ceilings. Samantha is very helpful and a great host.
