From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

The natural beaches of Altenteil and Bojendorf are about 4 km away. Shopping facilities can be found in neighboring Petersdorf or Burg. The house is new and modernly equipped. Everything you need for a good vacation is there. Two bedrooms with a double and 2 single beds as well as two shower bathrooms are available.
