From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Welcome to our tiny house in Bannesdorf on Fehmarn. Not far from the town of Burg, the Puttgarden ferry port and the natural beaches of Presen and Klausdorf, you can relax and unwind here in your own garden - whether from the stress of everyday life at home or from the numerous events during the day on the island. If in the summer in Burgtiefe the bear dances or the water calls to numerous water sports, here you will find the subsequent peace and quiet for relaxation - gladly together with your dog.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. The Linnebarg, Hus 1 is a sustainable new building of the highest energy class in Bisdorf, an original village in the heart of Fehmarn. The natural beaches of Altenteil and Bojendorf are about 4 km away. Shopping facilities can be found in neighboring Petersdorf or Burg. The house is new and modernly equipped. Everything you need for a good vacation is there. Two bedrooms with a double and 2 single beds as well as two shower bathrooms are available.

The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third room is open, equipped with a sofa bed. Central heating is available.
