The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Not far from the town of Burg, the Puttgarden ferry port and the natural beaches of Presen and Klausdorf, you can relax and unwind here in your own garden - whether from the stress of everyday life at home or from the numerous events during the day on the island. If in the summer in Burgtiefe the bear dances or the water calls to numerous water sports, here you will find the subsequent peace and quiet for relaxation - gladly together with your dog.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

- There are two apartments in the bungalow - Private garden secured with fence and garden gates - Private garden with terrace and garden furniture - Dogs are allowed - Separate dog shower - Bike shed - Free WIFI Note: In Puttgarden there is a recycling yard and the ferry port. Depending on the time of day and wind direction, noises can be heard in the garden. The siren of the volunteer fire department is located on the neighboring property. This is always tested on Saturday afternoon.

Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. Escape everyday life and enjoy nature and village life! We rent our lovingly converted construction trailer to nice, nature-loving people. The construction trailer is equipped for 2 people: There is a cozy 1.60 m wide bed, a small table with 2 chairs and a kitchen corner. To get to the bathroom and the outdoor sink, you have to walk a few meters through the garden. You can relax on the terrace and in the garden or go on beautiful excursions from here!

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
