Monthly Rentals in Fernán Núñez

This place offers a LOT of value for a low price and the owner is a kind man. It is quiet, like all the other reviews already said (I'm sensitive to noise, that's why I chose this listing!) with barely any traffic. There aren't any direct neighbors next door either so you don't hear the typical neighbor sounds. I have to warn you that rural Spain does have an endemic problem with barking dogs, even at night, but in this house you only hear them from farther away, so it's ok. You could always buy some earplugs if necessary. I always sleep with earplugs in my life in general. In my review, I really want to highlight that in this village, you can get almost anything you'd ever need on foot. It's a 2 minute walk to a small market, cafes and a restaurant, a 4 min walk to a supermarket, and a big supermarket is 10 min max. 2 more things: English is rare in Luque, and you should still have a car. I had no car, for tourism that's not optimal. I already miss the calm village atmosphere..

What a nice stay in Puente Genil! We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and we felt right at home. We choose it for it's location in the heart of Andalucia (perfect for day trips to Seville, Córdoba, Malaga and Ronda) and for it's views of rio Genil 😊 I was sooo delighted 👍🏻 If we return to the area we will not hesitate to contact Eugenio again. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Just stayed the one night while travelling around. This flat had everything you could need. Jesus was very helpful, and friendly.

The accommodation is atypical, a chalet with outdoor areas able to fully satisfy a family on vacation Heating was efficient The fenced garden allowed the dog to be safely left The place is very warm.
