Ali provided everything we needed and was very helpful with the planning of our following trip. the communication via whatsapp with him was easy and quick. don't miss your chance of staying in this authentic riad!!!

Felt very welcomed by Hanane and the family, had the entire balcony to ourselves for our trip and was an incredible view for sunrise/sunset. Beautifully decorated room, large enough to relax in when it’s super hot! In the heart of the madina, it was easy to navigate our way from the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in Fes!

Terrific! The riad is very beautiful, the location hard to beat, all over a superb place. The biggest asset though is the staff, Mohammed and Said! They will do everything to make it an outstanding experience! Also the Lady who is in charge of housekeeping, she does a perfect job!! Maybe the best riad we stayed at on our 3 week road trip in Morocco! The place is exactly or even better than described in the listing. Thank you!!!

Alojamiento I really liked it, Badr our host was very helpful at all times. The excellent breakfast and the magnificent Riad, it feels like being inside a museum, a slice of Fez history and Morocco in general.

Monaim is a calm, down to earth and most of all friendly man. everything was so easy and very flexible, I would go back straight there once I'm back to fes, without forgetting the beauty of the place

Very beautiful Riad in the Medina of Fez, allowing you to discover the city quietly. Spacious, clean, as described, very nice bathroom. Bedroom overlooking the Riad terrace. Quiet environment. Very small pool shared by the hosts of the Riad located in front of the room, nice to cool off, a plus in the city. Very good welcome by Mohammed and Leila, the breakfast is hearty and very good. Note some sewage odors in the bathroom, but I think it's hard to fix it.

Extremely welcoming host. The Riad is beautiful, with an extremely nice cool pool when it's 45°C, peaceful, a solarium with a view of the Medina (very close). Breakfasts can be taken at any time in the morning and they are very hearty. A real gift! All at the best price. Things that could be improved: bedding comfort and hair dryer, really secondary given all the positives of the riad! Thanks again.

It is a nice and safe place to stay, both for adults and kids. The property and rooms, swimming pool, etc, were as beautiful as in the pictures or even better. The locals taking care of the property were very friendly and polite. The service was comparable to even hotel service (e.g. possibility to order food based on the fixed list and prices, quality of dinners and breakfasts, etc.). If someone likes to explore the surroundings, while walking and hiking, then there is a small local village uphill and nice views around it.

Palais Houyam was such a good vibe. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and also super respectful. The space is so beautiful with a amazing interior and the bedroom was amazing. The pool was great and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Fes

Thank you Karim for a very easy stay! We were picked up from the train station and taken to the riad which made the start of our trip so easy. Pictures are accurate to the accomodation and lovely / clean. Very good location for exploring the medina

Great location if you want to start from the eastern end of the Medina and walk your way toward the Fes train station. Ahmed was also very friendly!

Amazing place for easy access to Medina. Meryem and Ismail were wonderful through out the stay. Helped me with my sahoor meal for my Ramadan fasting. Highly recommend!!

Very well hosted by Mohamed, very nice. Simple accommodation but in a very nice house. Well placed to go for a walk and discover Fez 😊
