House vacation rentals in Fes-Boulemane

We went to Lydia's Riad for 3 nights. Prior to our stay, Lydia has always been responsive to our requests so that we can prepare our stay in the best conditions. Abdellatif and Aisha welcomed us very warmly. The Riad is majestic and blown away as soon as we arrived. We took an excursion thanks to Abdellatif who was great (2 hours with a driver overlooking the medina!) They also found us a taxi to get to the airport in the middle of the night. A big thank you to you 3 and very nice continuation 😊

Stunning Riad with gardens that not only look beautiful but sound and smell beautiful. A great location offering a spot of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of he city. It was lovely to met Samae who cooked us an absolutely delicious meal, kindly catering for a vegan and children as well. Fully recommend.

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

Really nothing to say, overall Mr. Hassan and his wife are great.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

We enjoyed a one week stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful decor, clean and all bed rooms air conditioned and ensuite. We enjoyed the private pool, which was cleaned every day. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Secure location and nice and friendly hosts. We hope to return and would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to Hamza and Houssam, they were incredibly kind, gentle, flexible, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. They even provided us with free coffee, tea, and many other thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment has all the necessary amenities to rest, it is very well equipped, and only a few blocks from the center of Azru. The owners were very friendly to us. Definitely recommend:)

We had a great time at this very warm house. Access is easy, and the location is quiet, ideal for relaxing. Tariq is extremely responsive and always available. A great experience in Ifrane, we highly recommend it!

Pim’s place was exactly as described, a beautifully decorated traditional home with a comfy terrace. The recommendations were spot on, it was great to have Yassin come get us from the parking lot. He was courteous and helpful and the breakfast served delicious. Pim helped us hire a great tour guide for half a day, ask for Hamid if interested.

Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

Great family stay at Lamiae's, the cottage provides all the necessary comforts and is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. Lamiae was a very pleasant host, available and flexible. We highly recommend her accommodation for people who want to get away from the intensity of the city for a few days to find themselves in peace and nature.

A wonderfully magnificent riad in the middle of the Medina of Fes. It felt like a dream of a thousand and one night. Lovingly furnished and maintained by Vincent and his family. The house is very, very old. If you are not good at walking (alleys of the medina, stairs in the riad), it might be a little burdensome for you. We loved to roam the alleys of the medina for hours and discover many new beautiful sides of the time-honored city of Fes every day. The house has almost something museum, you have to like that. We found it incomparably interesting, beautiful and imaginative. Thank you, dear Vincent, for the wonderful time in your riad. Vincent has perfectly (!) organized our arrival and departure and is indescribably warm and gracious.

I recently had the joy of living in a lovely traditional house, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the classic architecture and inviting front porch welcomed us home. The interior features beautiful hardwood floors and elegant moldings that add to its charm. The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace, became our favorite gathering place for family and friends. Each bedroom has its own unique character, with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces for relaxation. Overall, this traditional house has been a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and inviting place to live!

Our stay at the Dezayn was a delightful stay, we loved the riad it was very traditional. Each room has an en suite which was a great. The house keeper Abdul lateef was very helpful and always was around. Breakfast was lovely, the location was great but a 15-20 min uphill walk to the blue gate. Over all a great value for money riad we had a lovely 3 night stay and thank you Pierre’s for always responding to our messages promptly.

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.
