I really enjoyed this apartment! Mohammed picked us up from a local meeting point and took us in a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Fes where cars are inaccessible. He pointed out currency exchange locations and stores that sold the most affordable and best items as we made our way to the apartment. Upon arrival, we were treated to traditional tea and biscuits and asked for additional information by the host so he could submit it to the local police station. The apartment was clean and traditionally decorated with lots of appliances. The location was amazing as it was near all the major shops and places for sightseeing. The only downside was that Mohammed didn’t respond to my messages for the day that I stayed at his location. I wanted to be reminded of where the currency exchange and leather shops were but he was offline till the next day (definitely could’ve been busy which made responding difficult). Overall, definitely worth it to visit and would love to come again!

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money

We waren tevreden over dit appartement. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was uitstekend. De locatie was ideaal, dicht bij de luchthaven, wat ons hielp bij onze vroege vlucht om 06:00 uur. De communicatie met de host was duidelijk en het inchecken verliep soepel. We zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

je veux remercier amin pour l'accueil, c'est une personne réactive hyper gentille et serviable, l'appartement est propre bien ranger et facile à trouver, les équipements propre complètement ainsi il est équipé par un WIFI rapide. je recommande !!

Prachtig appartement en fijn dat we werden opgehaald van de taxi naar de accommodatie door de medina. Fijn beddengoed, goede douche en alles prachtig en schoon. Een Massriya is een zelfstandig appartement wat onderdeel was van een grote riad. De doorgang en ramen die vroeger toegang gaven tot de rest van de riad, zijn nu dichtgemaakt (maar je hoort de buren wel goed). Ook beneden wonen nog mensen, en het dakterras naast de bovenste slaapkamer, is gedeeld met de andere woningen in het gebouw. Al gebruiken die het dakterras meestal alleen om planten water te geven en was op te hangen. Wij hebben kussens van de woonkamer gebruikt om lekker op het dakterras te ontbijten in de ochtend zon, en de andere dag lekker ontbeten bij Café Clock. Locatie in de medina is erg centraal. Je hoort af en toe gezellig een ezel, en 's nachts hoor je de moskee die vlak naast het appartement gelegen is duidelijk, maar dat hoor er natuurlijk ook bij. Alles bij elkaar een fijn verblijf en mooie stad!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Anass avec mes cousins. Le logement était très propre, spacieux et baigné de lumière naturelle, ce qui le rendait très agréable à vivre. Il est également bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. Anass a été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Gorgeous place to stay!. Everything is super clean and the Ryad is absolutely amazing!! Youseff, our host, was super helpful booking things for us. We order dinner at the Ryad for the first night that we were there and I have to say that it was the best meal that we had in our entire stay in Morocco. I wish I had ordered every night since the restaurants that we tried in Fes were more expensive and not nearly as good. The Ryad is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest parking. Youseff will meet you and guide you through the alleys. if you carry a lot of baggage there are people who can transport the bags for you. The Ryad is amazing, however, not suitable for people with mobility or very young kids. As any Ryad, there are very steep steps between floors. There is a room in the main floor with no steps suitable for older adults, but the remaining 4 room will require some good mobility. In conclusion, eat there, have google maps, and have fun!

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem BnB in Fez war einfach traumhaft! Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer Atmosphäre, die absolute Ruhe und Entspannung ausstrahlt. Eine Menge Geschichte steckt in dem Haus Die Lage ist ideal – nah genug, um die faszinierende Stadt zu erkunden, aber gleichzeitig ein ruhiger Rückzugsort fernab vom Trubel. Besonders begeistert hat mich der charmante Innenhof, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich und mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sich super entspannen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab tolle Tipps und sorgte dafür, dass es mir an nichts fehlte. Ich kann dieses BnB jedem empfehlen, der in Fez eine Oase der Ruhe sucht. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Kommen definitiv wieder

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Un magnifique séjour à Fès! Le logement est propre et très agréable. Il faut une dizaine de minutes pour se rendre à Bab Boujloud à pied. Logement proche du centre de la médina mais sans le tumulte des souks ce qui est très agréable pour boire un thé, le soir, sur le toit terrasse! Nisrine a été très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien-être à Fès. Elle a même réservé pour nous les transferts aéroport en taxi! Flexible sur les horaires (arrivée tardive et départ en fin de journée... nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter des dernières heures) Je recommande vivement Nisrine et son logement...

We very much enjoyed our time in Fez and at Mohammed`s place. It is a beautiful traditional old house, with well preserved interior. Right in the middle of the old city. Ideal for our group of 6 visiting the city for several days. It is quite a challenge to find your way through narrow streets, but Mohammed was kind enough and arranged the transport from the train station and a guide for last 10 minutes of the journey, through the maze of the small streets. Mohammed and his sister were very helpful. Greeted us on our arrival and helped to make our time in Fez enjoyable - helping with tips for the places to see, arranging a certified (and knowledgable) guide, sharing the history of the city ... .

Un séjour inoubliable dans un riad superbe, lumineux et idéalement situé. Avant notre arrivée, Nicole a su nous rassurer avec ses réponses claires et bienveillantes. Sur place, Zacharia a fait toute la différence : discret, efficace, profondément attentionné avec nous et nos filles, il a organisé nos excursions et nous a accompagnés avec une vraie gentillesse. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert la médina à notre rythme, et vécu des moments magiques comme le désert de Merzouga ou Chefchaouen. Le riad est un vrai havre : spacieux, authentique, avec une terrasse magnifique baignée de lumière. Côté cuisine, Zacharia nous a proposé de belles découvertes, entre petites adresses locales pleines de charme et restaurants raffinés. Ce qui nous a le plus touchés, ce sont les échanges sincères avec lui, et les instants de vie qu’il a partagés. En rencontrant d’autres voyageurs, nous avons compris à quel point nous étions bien entourés. Un séjour rare, chaleureux et profondément humain.

We spent three nights there with my partner and his two children (8 and 10). We were warmly welcomed with tea and our stay was made as pleasant as possible. Khadija conjured up a traditional fresh breakfast for us every morning. We felt that we were in good hands. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were a feast for the eyes for lovers of good taste, especially the beautiful old objects and trouvailles from the region. The children enjoyed the birds in the garden and the little tortoise that had found refuge in the garden. The perfect place to relax after a long day in Fès. The view of the garden, the neighbourhood, the far-reaching view. We will hopefully be back! Thank you Khadija for everything.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.
