Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Built with wood from Wyoming snow fencing, mountain laurel hand railings, West Virginia red oak flooring and walls covered with Poplar tree bark, the cabin includes a king size pillow top bed, a sleeper sofa in the living area and a beautiful futon made from birch. On those chilly nights, sit by the stone fireplace or soak in the private outdoor hot tub or enjoy a fire in the firepit along the banks of the creek.

Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
