Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

The light blue and white art nouveau tiling in the bathroom combined with the strong red mosaic shower impress a sunrise feeling on an everyday basis.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In a historic 18th century building, this small apartment, which was recently lovingly renovated, is this small apartment. It is located upstairs overlooking the garden and consists of a living room-bedroom, a small kitchen, an anteroom and a bathroom. The apartment is only 13 minutes by car from the airport. By bus you can reach the S-Bahn station in just 10 minutes and the subway station Simmering in 15 minutes.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
