With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

You'll love this oasis under the roof. It is a large studio with an open design. Everything is color-coordinated , the small kitchen made of old wood, the old oil walls, the bathroom with a wooden fitted table and the comfortable queen size bed and a sofa bed for two people invite you to simply unwind. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining area by two sliding doors. The absolute tranquility and the magnificent view will carry you away from everyday life.

Enjoy your vacation in our spacious loft (approx. 90 square meters) with open living area, well-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and large balcony with beautiful views. Start cycling and mountain tours right outside the door. Your vehicle parks safely in the carport, the bikes in the bike shed. An outdoor pool, Lake Schliersee, Lake Spitzingsee and Lake Tegernsee are nearby, and the small Lake Wolfsee is at your doorstep. Possibly 3 people possible - please ask me.
