Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The area is very rural, apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax near Salzburg and still be in the centre of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, the Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and the Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Public bathing areas, restaurants and local suppliers are within walking distance of the fully equipped 2-room apartment on the 1st The apartment also has a desk if you want to move your office to beautiful Lake Irrsee for a few days. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cycling and hiking trails. Local tax EUR 2.40 per person per night is not included in the price and must be collected on site in cash.

The Mozart city of Salzburg is 35 km away. There is also a bus stop nearby ( 200m).

A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.
