Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fireplace for open fire. Short walk to jetties, small beach and crab fishing. Two hiking trails pass the house, close to "Bohusleden", Bohuslän's best destination and several golf courses. Pet-free cabin - no pets. Smoking only outside. It is 30 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant if you do not want to take a ferry to Lysekil or Fiskebäckskil. Games, TV and wifi.
