Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

60 sqm cottage with its own beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, plus an induction hob with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to a private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) Three kayaks, one double and two single, and a small rowboat are available during the stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Our charming cabin with all the comforts has 2 beds on the upper floor. On the ground floor there are two sofas, both of which are sofa beds. There is also a kitchen and shower/toilet. On the patio you can eat your breakfast in the morning sun. Lovely walks in the surroundings take you to the sea, hiking trails, boat harbour and restaurants. The ferry goes to Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil.
